Refund & Returns Policy

You’re entitled to a 14-day refund, replacement, or repair if:

• The item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
• You were sent the wrong item.
• The item is significantly different from the description.

Please message us via our Contact Us page if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.

Cancellation Policy

We may cancel any Order or part of an Order (including any Orders that we have accepted) without any liability to you for that cancellation at any time if:

(a) the requested Products in that order are not available; or
(b) there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the Site concerning the relevant product in that order; or
(c) that order has been placed in breach of these terms and conditions.

You may cancel an order up to 12 hours after placing your order. We ship orders 12 hours from purchase so that you have time to cancel if you need to.

My Suburbia reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the Site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page and other key pages on our Site. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on our website 30 days before these changes take place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement regularly.
