No, there is no minimum order requirement. We produce each item on-demand, even if you only want a single shirt, mug, or phone case. This allows you to order exactly what you need – whether it’s one special gift or multiple items for an event – without any minimum quantity.
We partner with a global network of production facilities to make and ship our products. Your order is typically printed at a location nearest to you (we have production in over 30 countries worldwide), which means faster local delivery. This worldwide print network helps reduce shipping times and ensures you receive your custom product as quickly as possible.
We take pride in the quality of our products. We use premium materials and industry-leading printing techniques to ensure your design comes out vibrant and long-lasting. For example, our apparel is made from soft, durable fabric and printed with high-quality inks that resist fading. Our ceramic mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe, and our phone cases are tough and scratch-resistant. Each item is made to look great and to stand up to everyday use.

Shipping & Delivery
Because each item is made to order, there is a production time in addition to the shipping time. Typically, printing your custom design (production) takes about 1–3 business days. Shipping time will then depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. On average, delivery is within about 3–7 business days after production for domestic orders, and possibly a bit longer (for example, 7–12 business days) for international orders. You’ll see an estimated delivery date for your order during checkout, and we strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
We offer standard shipping and often an express shipping option for most orders. Standard shipping is the most cost-effective method and typically takes a few days longer, while express shipping will deliver your item faster for an additional fee. The exact shipping cost depends on your location and the products in your cart – all shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout before you finalize your purchase. (Occasionally, we may run free shipping promotions or discounts, which will be advertised on our site when available.)
Yes, we provide tracking for all orders. Once your custom item has been printed and handed off to the shipping carrier, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track the package. This allows you to follow your order’s journey and see updated delivery estimates. You can also log in to your account on our site to find tracking information under your order details. Tracking ensures you know exactly when to expect your delivery.
If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, we will make sure to resolve the issue for you. First, check the tracking information you received to see if there are any updates or delivery attempts. If you haven’t received your package within a reasonable time frame (for example, a week beyond the expected delivery date) or the tracking hasn’t updated, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the situation and, if necessary, send a replacement order to you at no extra cost. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’ll ensure you either receive your product or get a suitable solution if something goes wrong during shipping.
Depending on what you order, items may ship separately. We use multiple production facilities (to manufacture closer to our customers), so if your order contains different product types, they might be made in different locations. For example, if you order a t-shirt and a mug, they could be printed at two separate facilities specialized for those products. In such cases, each item will be shipped as soon as it’s ready, and you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each package. Don’t worry – even if your items ship separately, they should arrive around the same general time frame (often within a day or two of each other).

All our products can be personalized in multiple ways. You can add your own text – such as a name, a special message, or even your town’s name – and choose from various fonts, sizes, and colors for that text. You can also upload personal images or artwork (like a photo, logo, or graphic) to be printed on the product. Our design interface lets you position and resize your text and images exactly as you want, so you can create a truly unique design on any item.
Yes, you can absolutely use your own photos or artwork to customize a product. In the design tool, simply use the upload option to select an image file from your device. We recommend using high-resolution images (ideally 300 DPI or higher) for the best print quality. Once uploaded, you can move, resize, and arrange the image on the product and you’ll see a preview of how it will look, so you can ensure it’s just right before ordering.
While we encourage creativity, there are a few restrictions on what we can print:
- Copyright/Trademark: Please only use images or text that you have the rights to. We cannot print copyrighted or trademarked material (such as logos or characters from brands) unless you own the rights or have proper permission.
- Inappropriate Content: We do not allow designs that include hate speech, explicit content, or anything obscene or offensive. All custom content should be respectful and appropriate for a general audience.
- Image Quality: For best results, use high-quality images and keep your design within the print area shown in our design tool. If an image is very low resolution or a design won’t print well, we may contact you to adjust it so you get the best outcome.
No, we do not charge extra for customization. The price listed for each product already includes the cost of printing your personal designs on it. Whether you add one text line or a full photo, the price remains the same (the only additional charge would be shipping, which is calculated at checkout). There are no hidden fees – you pay only the price you see for the product and delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are custom-made for each order, we do not accept returns if you simply change your mind or want a different item. Personalized items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold, so please double-check your size, color, and design choices before completing your order. However, if there is an issue with your product (for example, a manufacturing defect or a printing error on our part), we will absolutely take care of it – see below for how we handle replacements or refunds in those cases.
Since each item is printed on-demand just for you, we generally cannot offer exchanges for a different size, color, or product once an order is made. We strongly encourage you to refer to our sizing charts and product details before ordering apparel to ensure you choose the correct size. If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong size or a different product than you ordered, please let us know – in that case, we will correct the error and send you a replacement at no charge.
If your item arrives damaged, or if there’s a mistake in the printing, please contact us right away (ideally within 7 days of receiving the item). We stand behind the quality of our products and will make it right. In most cases, we will offer to reprint the item and send you a new one as quickly as possible, at no additional cost to you. If a replacement isn’t feasible or you needed it by a certain date, we can also provide a full refund. We may ask for a photo of the damage or error – this helps us understand what went wrong and prevent issues in the future.
We process orders quickly, so if you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. If your order hasn’t entered production yet, we will do our best to accommodate your request – we can update the customization or shipping details, or cancel the order and issue a refund. However, once the printing process has started (which might be within a few hours of your order being placed), we’re unable to cancel or modify it because the product will already be in production specifically for you. We always recommend reviewing your order details carefully before finalizing the purchase to avoid any issues.
Yes, we do offer refunds in certain cases. If there’s a problem with your order that is our responsibility – for example, the product arrived defective, the printing is incorrect, or the package was lost in transit and cannot be delivered – we will either send you a free replacement or issue a refund for the affected item. Similarly, if you managed to cancel your order before it went into production, we will refund you in full. However, we generally cannot provide refunds for situations like ordering the wrong size, submitting an incorrect personalization (such as a typo in the text), or simply changing your mind, since each item is made just for you.
