Shipping Policies of My Suburbia

Physical goods

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from our payment gateway containing your order details. We will usually confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will send your goods via Registered Mail within one (1) business day; however, if products are unavailable, delivery will take a little longer. Please allow 7 to 14 days for delivery within Australia.

All parcels are sent with a tracking number. If you are not available to take delivery, a calling card is usually placed in your letterbox for collection. Please ensure your letterbox is free from mail and advertising as the postal service will not leave notices if mailboxes are full.

International Duty

It is your responsibility to ascertain if purchasing our goods or services is prohibited in your country, under local or international laws. If you are charged customs duties on your parcel, you would need to pay those duties. To find out what taxes you might be charged, you should contact your country’s customs office or state governing body.

My Suburbia reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have occurred on our home page and other key pages on our site. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on our website 30 days before these changes take place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement regularly.

These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Client and ourselves. Accessing this website or undertaking a booking or Agreement indicates your understanding, Agreement to, and acceptance, of the Disclaimer Notice and the full Terms and Conditions contained herein.
